**Refund Policy**

We strive to provide our services and products as promised. If we fail to deliver what you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

- **Refunds for Deficiencies:** Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear issue with the service or product you received.

- **Change of Mind:** If you change your mind after purchase, refunds are not available. However, you can use the amount paid towards another product or service of equal value at A LeanCat Company.

- **Refund Requests After Delivery:** Once the work is shared with you, refunds due to a change of mind are not allowed. You may use the amount for a different service instead.

- **Timing of Refund Requests:** Refund requests made more than 21 days after the purchase, once we have confirmed that the work is complete, will not be accepted.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 15 business days and send it to your bank account using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
